The prices (in €) are per apartment for stay of one week. Prior arrangements are also possible for shorter stays: please send an email and we will prepare the best offer for you!

General Conditions
Reservations are made by e-mail and are considered confirmed at the moment that the deposit of 30% of the total price due is paid.The deposit must be sent within 3 days from the date of the reservation by automatic bank transfer.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be returned (we also accept credit cards).
The full total is due at the moment that the keys to the apartment are given.
Check in: from 4.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. on the arrival day. Check out: within 9.00 a.m. on the departure day (except for special request of the guest).
The apartment may not be occupied by a number of people higher than that indicated in the reservation.
Pets not allowed.
The price includes: Wi-Fi, water, electricity, sat tv, parking, bed linen, towels, heating and final cleaning.
Not included: tourist tax of € 1,20 per person per day (except children under 18 years old) and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
